The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and paid drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members.

All fitness classes excluding TRX are drop-in classes and a free benefit of Gold Memberships. Drop-In classes are first come, first served. Registration is available 1 hour prior to the start of a class.

LES MILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that will burn up to 590 calories Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged, and motivated, and ready to come back for more.

Body Pump Express

30 minute express class of the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 30-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.

ZUMBA

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves, resulting in a one of a kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions in which fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt, while burning fat. Achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in this exciting calorie- burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring workout meant to engage and captivate for life.

Zumba Burst

30 minutes of intense, non-stop Zumba fun.

SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC

Muscular Strength and Range of Motion exercises that work all major and minor muscle groups to address strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power.

Ages: 50+

LES MILLS RPM

RPM is our cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Burn up to 620 calories a workout and get fit fast. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.

ACTIVE ADULTS

For active older adults that are at a higher level or want an additional class that compliments SilverSneakers Classic! This class will give you a full body workout using weights, bands and other equipment, instead focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility and balance! Great for the beginner or returning exerciser as well!

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally noncontact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

 

Body Combat Express

30 minutes of non-stop Body Combat fun.

POUND

Pound® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat- dripping fun of playing the drums. Space is limited.

CORE

This versatile abs class will work your core from lower abs, obliques, and glutes. Using bodyweight to minimal equipment, this class will have you working muscles you didn’t know you had!

YOGA FLOW

Improve your lean muscle, flexibility, and posture by performing exercises that create awareness and teach you to open up tight muscles.

TEEN FIT

This is a 45 minute fitness room orientation for teens ages 12-15 educating them on the proper use of the fitness and weight room equipment to help them better understand form, sets, repetition, and safety.
