The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and paid drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members.
All fitness classes are drop-in classes and are included with Gold Memberships. Drop-In classes are first come, first served. Registration is available 2 hours prior to the start of a class.
Kids classes are ages 7-12
Active Adults are ages 30+
Silver Sneakers are ages 50+
All other classes are ages 16+
Active recovery using a foam roller, dynamic stretching, and joint mobility exercises this 30 minute class will keep trigger points and scar tissue broken up within the muscle and fascia. This class will increase the function and motion of muscles, reducing pain and allowing greater flexibility.
A class designed for active adults to provide a full body workout and low-impact cardio. Using hand-held weights, resistance bands and a ball, upper-body strength will be developed while standing. A chair is available for standing support.
Barre combines fundamental classical ballet movements with traditional fitness exercises. This low impact workout is ballet inspired that infuses ballet, aerobics, and yoga. This class will incorporate light hand weights, resistance bands and small exercise balls. Barre sculpts and transforms the entire physique while increasing flexibility, decreasing fat, and slims the body's overall shape.
Freedom Bang is an urban-inspired fitness group exercise class using specially-designed weighted gloves. A fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance and body-weight training-this class will take your workout to a whole new level.
Commit Dance Fitness
A dynamic, fun-filled HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)-style dance workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements performed to a variety of popular music, from all over the world, that will inspire everyone to get moving. COMMIT Dance introduces a variety of dance styles from the latest trends to oldies and international music.
A total body workout with fun and ever changing aerobic and strength movements. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind! Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Join us for line dancing, a unique and fun activity with a repeated sequence of steps. Line dancing is a great way to get moving for all levels of fitness that will have you laughing and smiling from start to finish!
Enhance your cardio with this group exercise session geared towards helping you get lean and relieve stress. This class utilizes our stationary bicycles and focuses on strength, endurance, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Suitable for all fitness levels.
P90X Live is a total-body workout with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning and core work. In every class you'll work on building strong, lean muscles while getting direction from the instructor.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable, and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. You become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising.
PiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga. The pilates component strengthens the body's abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes. The yoga component of class promotes mindfulness, synchronization of breathing and relaxation. PiYo provides a total mind-body workout.
Power yoga is a vinyasa-style flow that incorporates a fitness-based approached to yoga. While still focusing on breath work, power yoga focuses primarily on strength and endurance through the poses.
Muscular strength and range of motion exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups. This class will be focus on developing strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Improve your lean muscles, flexibility, and perform posture-enhancing exercises that create awareness and teaches you how to open tight muscles.
Come join us for a full body resistance class designed to increase lean muscle, improve structural strength, decrease body fat, and increase endurance.
Zumba fuses Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves, resulting in a one of a kind fitness program. Routines feature interval training sessions in which fast and slow rhythms are paired with resistance training to combine for toning, fat-burning workout.
Yoga sculpt is a full body, high energy, cardio-infused, upbeat workout. Traditional yoga poses made more challenging with the optional use of hand weights and body weight. You'll get your heart pumping, your blood flowing and will leave feeling energized. With ways to modify and advance each move, this yoga workout is definitely for everyone.
