Welcome to summer camp!

May 26 - JULY 31

Every week of Camp Kroc is a unique opportunity to learn new life skills and a place to make new friends.  For parents, Day Camp does more than just provide peace of mind that your children are well cared for, it also provides assurance that your children will continue to develop their talents and abilities during the summer months. Day Camp can provide childhood experiences and friendships which will benefit children for a lifetime. We consider it an honor to have your children entrusted to us and strive to continually expand and improve the care and services we offer.

REGULAR CAMP HOURS

Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

Drop-off: 8-8:30am

Pick-up: 3:30-4pm

EXTENDED CARE

Additional $20 per week, per camper. Drop-off as early as 6:30am, and pick-up as late as 6pm.

Pee Wee Camp

Ages 4–5

MON–FRI, 8am–4pm

Gold Members $140 • Silver Members $149

Pee Camp is an energetic day camp for younger kids ages 4-5. Pee Wee Camp focuses on sharpening motor skills and improving group interactions.

Kroc Adventures • Ages 6–13

MON–FRI, 8AM–4PM
Gold Members $140 • Silver Members $149 •  Guests $165

Kroc Adventures explores every area of The Salvation Army Kroc Center and offers a variety of age-appropriate recreational activities. Daily outings may include: swimming, traditional sports, rock wall climbing, and arts & crafts.

Breakfast, Lunch and a daily snack is included.

Do you need to drop your child early or pick them up later? Extended Care is available!

Spiritual Discovery Camps for Ages 3–12

Our Spiritual Discovery Camps cover a broad spectrum of interests such as sports, music, and art, while integrating the gospel message through short chapels and small group “huddle” settings. The remainder of the day will be spent exploring other activities at the Kroc Center, which may include: traditional sports, arts & crafts, swimming, and rock climbing.

Rocky Railway Vacation bible school

Ages 3–10
June 15–19: 3:30PM–7PM
June 21: 10–11AM

All aboard for this train themed week filled with games, songs, Bible stories, crafts, snacks, and tons of fun! When children come to Rocky Railway VBS at The Kroc, it is full steam ahead on the journey to God's goodness and celebrate a faith that keeps us on the right track.

Camp Ponderosa

Ages 7–12

At Camp Ponderosa Ranch, kids get to experience a traditional summer camp away from the city in the beautiful White Mountains that is focused on growing their relationship with Jesus and their love for nature. Campers will enjoy a full outdoor climbing tower and zip line, archery, nightly campfires and skits, cabin life, arts and crafts, and fun evening programs, all while discovering new friends and learning more about God and His creation!

Specialty Camps for Ages 6–14

Specialty Camps are similar to our traditional Day Camps, but feature the addition of specialized training, special field trips, and thematic skill building. It's the perfect way for kids to have a fun summer while developing a passion or new skill.

FREE! JUNIOR LEADERS NEW VOLUNTEER TRAINING

Ages: 14–17 • Time: 8am–4pm
Training Session
: June 1–5 • Continuing Leadership Opportunities: Weeks 3–10

Explore what it takes to be a team player and a leader in the community and among peers. During a one-week training session, teens will be exposed to real-life challenges and become a cohesive unit through team building and challenge initiatives. The session will focus on leadership skills relevant to supervising children in a camp setting and tips for leadership activities, and will include a full orientation at each Kroc Center venue and child abuse awareness training.

After completing the training session, teens will have the opportunity to enroll in up to eight weeks of Junior Leadership programming. These sessions will put their new skills to work through volunteering at Day Camp.
