The Kroc Center offers a wide variety of both free and drop-in fitness classes to meet the needs and fitness levels of our members. Drop-In classes are first come, first served. Class Passes are available at the Welcome Desk or online. All attendees are required to pick up a class pass to give the instructor. Instructors and classes are subject to change. Minimum attendance required for a class to take place. Unless otherwise noted, the minimum age for drop-in classes is 16+.

Aquatics Class Schedule
Develop strength and balance with this relaxing form of aquatic bodywork. Aqua Yoga is a low impact activity that has participants performing Yoga poses in warm water. Aqua Yoga helps you develop strength, static balance and range of motion. This is accomplished in coordination with diaphragmatic breathing and long exhalations.
A fun, shallow-water exercise class that uses a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. The pool provides many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.
The Program Guide is the place to look for a variety of one-day and weekly classes. All classes are open to the public.
